We just got back from seeing Riley and Skylar. They all start school tomorrow so we wanted to make sure we got to spend the day with them today. Skylar is so excited about starting Kindergarten. She's got her backpack ready and the clothes she's wearing picked out, lol. I do think when the bus comes she's going to freak out. She's never really been away from her mom, at least not without someone else she knows with her. Riley is going to take her to Mrs. Roberson so she knows where to go. I just hope after Riley leaves she don't start cryin' or anything. This is so emotional, damn!!! We are going down there in the morning so we can see them get on the bus. I promised Skylar I'd take a picture of her first day getting on the bus. I know I'm going to start cryin' myself. I can feel it already. So we have to get up about 6am cause I think the bus runs around 7-7:15. Which is not bad cause we have a baby check up at 10 so I'll already be up and ready. It was suppose to be in the afternoon but she changed it this morning, grr. I hate morning activities.
Anyways, yesterday I didn't make it to Lisa's cause she came here. She brought me a bassinet. It is so cute!! I have a picture of it that I'll put up. I was so tickled when she was showing me how to set it up and stuff. Which wasn't hard but just wanted to make sure I knew what the heck I was doing. She even got little changing pads and sheets for it. I told her it's not even the baby shower, yet. She just laughed and said she couldn't wait. Before I forget, I'm taking back that crib I got last weekend because I opened it and looked at the side railings and I personally think they are too far apart. I just don't feel safe with it. So I'm just going to either exchange it there or just look at Wal-mart or something. But I do know that if my gut feelings tells me it's not safe then it's not. Justin was a little upset cause he really liked it but understood why I wanted to return it. Well, I think that's about it. I'm going to try and make my mom's homemade beef stew tonight, LOL. Hope it works cause I'm starving.
