This is so cool, I did all these things Saturday morning. Made a hair cut appointment for this Saturday and we went through everyone's clothes here and got rid of the ones that don't fit or don't wear anymore. The address book part I don't have one, so didn't do that.
Tell the universe that you're ready for a fresh start. Get a haircut. Donate those clothes that don't fit. Clean out your address book. Once you make space for it in your life, what you need will appear.
